1) T-shirt confection
This step includes cutting the fabric and sewing the T-shirts.
2) Silk screen printing
The ink is applied to the fabric using frames, bristles and a scraper. The ink passes through the silk and is absorbed by the fabric.
3) Baking/Drying oven
The T-shirt goes into an oven to cook the ink so it does not take off in the wash.
4) Pressing
The print is pressed with a press to provide more durability and gives a better quality to the touch.
