All returns must be made within 60 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 60 day period.
If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item at no charge. If the item you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a refund or a different item. If you are asking for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. If an item is returned to us, and the carrier charges us a return shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
No return/exchange for underwear items.
